General Field Trip Information
Longview World of Wonders offers public schools, private schools, and groups a unique opportunity to view museum exhibits in an exclusive school setting. With structured rotations, students will be able to view the exhibits and participate in fun hands-on, standards-based learning.
- Preschool, school, and school group visits are arranged as a private visit. We do not host school groups while we are open to the public.
- Field trips consist of of play in the permanent exhibits. Add-on lessons will be offered during the school year.
- A $50 deposit is required to book online, and that amount will be applied to your base rate cost.
- Field Trips for the 2025-2026 school year will open August 4th.
*Science lessons available September 2nd-April 30th. No lessons will be offered the week of March 16th-March 20th.
- SPED or Special Needs public school teachers- please complete the interest form.
- We can comfortably accommodate three public school sized elementary classes in our center (about 65 students).
- If you need to bring a grade level from a larger campus that exceeds 65-75, you will need to book multiple field trip reservations to allow all students to visit.

We offer school year field trips on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when we are not open to the public. Field trips are 1.5 hours in length. Time slots available are 8:45am-10:15am, 10:30am-12:00pm, and 12:15pm-1:45pm.
*All field trips are subject to availability and approval by the Education Director.
