Party includes 25 total people (children and adults) *Immediate family members (parents, step-parents, siblings, and grandparents) do not count towards this total.
Each additional guest is $5, not to exceed 35 people.
Party room rental is for one hour and 30 minutes (Party room includes 6 tables, chairs, and access to kitchenette, refrigerator, and ice machine.)
Admission to LWOW for the entire day, for all guests
Setup is 15 minutes before party begins
All food, drinks, and gift opening must stay in the party room
Please remove all decorations after the party and leave the party room as it was when you arrived
LWOW will provide an attendant who will check in periodically during the party
Parties are reserved on a first come, first serve basis
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be applied to your balance.* *If damages occur to the party room or it is not cleaned, deposit will not be applied to cost of party; final assessment of damages/cleaning fee will be determined by Executive Director of LWOW.
LWOW reserves the right to photograph any/all damages to party room or failure to clean room properly
